No papertowels at handsink in grill-this is the only sink that can be used for washing hands-no other handsinks in kitchen-keep handsink stocked at all times with paper towels and soap-cos paper towels were replaced Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Food handler not wearing hair restraint-a hat or hairnet must be worn when handling foods Repeat Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
