Sausage, eggs, grits in steam unit with temps 112-123 degrees-unit was unplugged 30 minutes prior to temp check-foods must stay hot held at 135 deg or higher-cos eggs, grits thrown away and gravy placed in shallow containers to cool and sausage Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
