Employee touching ready to eat hamburger buns with bare hands-a barrier such as gloves, tongs, deli tissue etc must be used-no barehand contact allowed-cos disucssed proper precedure Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
Pans having sanitizer rinsed off after sanitizing-procedure for cleaning food contact surfaces is wash,rinse,sanitize, air dry-do not rinse off sanitizer-cos pans were resanitized and allowed to air dry New Violation.
The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
