Employee touching ready to eat hamburger buns with bare hands-a barrier such as gloves, tongs, deli tissue etc must be used-no barehand contact allowed-cos disucssed proper precedure Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Pans having sanitizer rinsed off after sanitizing-procedure for cleaning food contact surfaces is wash,rinse,sanitize, air dry-do not rinse off sanitizer-cos pans were resanitized and allowed to air dry New Violation.
