Mrs. Grace Louise Tolbert, 78Passed Away: 01/21/2004 Mrs. Grace Louise Tolbert, age 78, of Gainesville, Ga. died Wednesday, January 21, 2004, at the Lanier Park Hospital in Gainesville, Ga. following an extended illness. Mrs. Tolbert had lived most of her life in Lumpkin County. She was retired from the Burlington Pine Tree Plant in Dahlonega and was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Oscar and Maude Abercrombie Loggins and was also preceded in death by her Husband: Clutch Tolbert, Sisters: Lola Mae Bishop, Lillian Garmon, Stella Loggins, Ella Loggins, Brothers: Edward Booth Loggins, Paul Loggins, Cecil Loggins, Burt Loggins, Evan Loggins, and Carl Loggins. She is survived by Daughters and sons in laws: Ruth and Rex Grant, Gainesville, Ga., Chris and Carl Gilreath, Dahlonega, Ga., Sons and daughters in law: Charles Tolbert, Gainesville, Ga., Carl and Linda Tolbert, Cleveland, Ga., Tommy and Carrie Tolbert, Dahlonega, Ga., Stanley and Sudie Tolbert, Dahlonega, Ga., Jimmy and Thea Tolbert, Dahlonega, Ga., Sister: Rae Bishop, Maryville, Tn, Special friends: Eleanor Powell and George Thompson. 24 Grandchildren, 40 Great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews,and other relatives also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Saturday, January 24, 2004, at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega with Rev. Scott Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday and Friday from 3 P.M. until 9 P.M. Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega is in charge of the arrangements.
