GAINESVILLE - Another guilty verdict was delivered Friday in Hall County Superior Court. This one marked the end of a murder trial.
Hall County District Attorney Lee Darragh said Tony Hester was found guilty on all counts in connection with the murder of his girlfriend, Allison Brownell, at their Belvedere Drive home in October 2007.
"Hester has been found guilty on all counts including murder, felony murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and cruelty to children in the third degree," he said.
Darragh said the jury deliberated approximately six hours.
He said sentencing is scheduled for a later date.
