Barrow Co. to hold hearing on changing alcohol ordinanceBy Katie Crumley Access Insider WINDER - A public hearing will be held Tuesday night in Barrow County on changing the county's ordinance to allow Sunday alcohol sales.
The hearing is set for 6:30 p.m. at the county's administration annex building. Following the hearing, Barrow County commissioners will decide whether or not to change the county's alcohol ordinance at their regularly scheduled meeting.
