Video camera captures AC theft at Buford doctor's office

BUFORD - Gwinnett Police are looking for three suspects who were caught on video stealing air conditioning units from a doctor's office in Buford.

"They had some manner of insulated tools," said Gwinnett Police Corp. Jake Smith. "They cut right through the power wires while they were live, and on the video it shows sparks flying everyone as he cuts through the two power wires."

Smith said it happened around 7:30 Sunday night on South Bogan Road.

Smith describes one of the suspects as an adult black or Hispanic male with a mustache and possibly a beard. He said the second suspect is an adult white male and the third is an adult male of unknown race.
