CUMMING - An accused Peeping Tom faces felony charges after for an incident at a sandwich shop in Forsyth County.
"A female patron was leaning over the counter to pay for her meal, and he took the opportunity to go up and take some photographs and some videos of her personal area," said Sheriff's Captain Tim House.
House said two undercover officers were eating lunch at the restaurant and saw it all happen. They pulled the 55-year-old Alpharetta man out of the store and arrested him.
House said he's charged with one count of Peeping Tom and one count of unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance.
